7 Everything About Work

7 Important Notes for my Roster:

1) I only like my off days to be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays for the weekdays.

*Tuesdays are a must!*

2) For weekends i always prefer Sunday offs.

*HULK-day*

3) Tuesdays & Fridays have to be morning shifts.

*Classes!*

4) Short hour preferred to be on Fridays.

*I have classes on Fridays but at the same time, i CANNOT not work on a Friday*

5) I always prefer to have 1 off day a week instead of 2.

*My sales will get affected badly*

6) I love night shifts during the weekdays.

*To study late into the night & wake up late not having to feel tired*

7) I love morning shifts during the weekends.

*More HULK-time!*

7 Things I Like About My Workplace:

1) The Aramsa Front Desk Girls!

2) It's just walking distance from my home.

3) I meet a lot of celebrities.

4) I love sales.

*That includes the shopping kind of sales!*

5) I get to observe people and know their character, good or bad.

6) The nature; plants and flowers, insects and THE maze.

7) My supportive customers! =D

7 Things I Don't Like About My Workplace:

1) Politics

2) Endless gossips

3) Having to defend myself from "too smart" people

4) Worrying about targets

5) Getting blamed for reports not submitted on time

6) Getting backstabbed unknowingly

*Of course, i don't even want to know lah!*

7) People who like to pull me into situations

7 Things You Have To Know About My Working Style:

1) I am a workaholic, but am not into politics.

2) I don't like to be ordered around by people of either the same status or (sadly) lower.

3) When i start to look serious in what i'm doing, it sort of means i don't want to be disturbed.

4) I hate messy tables!

5) I like everything to be in order: consultant turns, clips of the same colors, etc..

6) I don't mind competition, but really, not at the expense of friendship.

7) Sometimes you don't even know that i'm observing you; based on how you react to my straightforward approach.

To sum it all up, i enjoy working at Aramsa. If not how i survive for 3+years huh?!? Sometimes i do miss the ex-people i work with, like Hui Xin, Karen, Fiza.. They are more down-to-earth and not so "dangerous". Of course now i like coming to work seeing Chloe, Sheryl.. I don't know, basically people who are not that into climbing up the work ladder. It's not so stressful lor. I hate having to act or fake being a nice person. Can i just thank you when i like what you do and correct you when i disagree with what you say? I mean i truly appreciate unconditional helps, but not the kind that expects something in return. I hate having to fear someone; hate to see the bad in people. Nobody is GOD, so don't think too highly of ourselves.
